Exchange & Return Policy
Returns
We provide a 3-day return policy. You will receive a credit note; please note that refunds are not offered. We charge a fee of ₹80 for return and reverse logistics. For missing or damaged products, report within 24 hours.
Currently, free shipping is not available on international returns.
To Qualify for a Return
- Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.
- All tags must be intact, and items must be brand-new.
- Original invoice, packing, and tags must be intact.
- Product should have no blemishes or defects.
- Ensure product embellishments are in good condition.
Returns Won’t be Feasible If
- Return request is outside the 3-day timeframe.
- Any shipment items are missing.
- Product damage due to misuse.
- Items that have been used or opened (unless damaged on arrival).
- Items received with a free gift are missing the complimentary items.
- Individual items in a promotional package.
- Sale items or items purchased using a credit note.
- Items returned without prior return request.
We reserve the right to deny returns if Ginostone deems the product does not meet these parameters.
Return Process
To return a product, WhatsApp us at +91 91735 45668 immediately. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return. All return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery and comply with all return requirements. Our Customer Care team will respond within 24 hours, and the delivered item will be picked up by us.
Damage Policy
If a product is defective due to manufacturing or shipping, a replacement will be provided. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Note: We do not offer refunds for damaged products; only replacements will be arranged.
Exchanges
Exchanges are valid for 3 days post-delivery. Products may be exchanged if new, unopened, and in original packaging with tags. We charge ₹80 for exchanges and reverse logistics. Contact us via WhatsApp +91 91735 45668 (Avg reply time: 3h).
Refund Payment
Customers can request a refund within 7 days of Return Recieve Product.
How to Use GINOSTONE Credit Note
- Gift card can be applied at checkout on our website.
- Apply the code received via email on the checkout page.
- The amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
- Validity of the gift card is 3 months.

Cancellation
For COD & Prepaid orders, once shipped, cancellations are not possible. For prepaid orders, a gift card will be provided (no bank refunds).
Customised Jewellery
Custom orders are non-returnable. If you receive a damaged product, email ginostone123@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. Our team will verify and replace the order if confirmed damaged.
